It all starts with a conversation

And blank sheet of paper

Our process

We start every coaching and consulting project with a blank sheet of paper.

Why? Because the last thing you need is someone assuming you're like every other ministry out there. We listen. We listen some more. We strategize. We have conversations. Then, we take all of that and shape it into a plan you can actually use—one that feels authentically you and not like someone else's ministry.

That’s where you can tell a great story: a story about what God has built your ministry to do, and why it is both unique and compelling.

Sounds cool, right?

Here is how our process works...

Identify the issues

Discover

It's essential to understand what’s going on within an organization. Whether you’re working on improvements yourself using our articles or resources, collaborating with a coach, or working with us through an assessment, identifying what’s happening is key to moving forward effectively.

Identify the issues

Define plans

Strategize

Defining what needs to change is a core part of effective strategy. It requires rethinking how ministry operates, identifying areas for growth, and envisioning what can be improved to make a greater impact.

Elevate your message

Message

Your message is only effective if it’s clear, compelling, and unique. Aligning your message with your mission and strategy enables people to understand it, feel ownership, and be mobilized to help accomplish the mission.
