He has been serving as the Zona Camp Director for the past 10 years and continues to be actively involved in leading and shaping programs that foster spiritual growth in students and leaders. Over the past 8+ years, Chad has also focused on mentoring and coaching pastors and ministry leaders, offering practical insights and personal encouragement to help them navigate the challenges of leadership.
